ABSTRACT
Species Oxyopes kohaensis of lynx spider family is reported as a first record from Sirsa, Haryana, India. Two female specimens were collected and described on the basis of morphological characters and the female genitalia. O. kohaensis was described for the first time in 2012 from the Melghat Tiger Reserve (MTR), Amravati, Maharashtra, India and this first record extends its geographical range about 1500 km northwards in India.
