To study the seasonal incidence of potato tuber moth, Phthorimaea operculella (Zeller) in Hassan district of Karnataka, survey was undertaken during 2018-19 in kharif and rabi harvested potato crops to know the seasonal incidence of PTM, among the different talukas, which cover Hassan, Arkalgud, Holenarsipura, Channarayapatna, Arsikere, Alur and Belur talukas. Five fields were selected in each of three villages from each taluk for the study.
